This time of year can be brutal on your fitness. With so many holiday concerts, parties, craft fairs, work commitments and dreary weather it can be hard to find the time and motivation to start active. With all the treats and sweets lurking around every corner from Halloween straight into the new year, burning a few extra calories so you can indulge here and there without worrying about your pants getting tighter is the easiest plan of attack!
What if I told you that in only 15 minutes 3 times a week you can burn fat, build muscle, and feel strong and confident throughout the holidays? With my workouts you’ll feel challenged – but successful, help reduce stress (and workout guilt) right from your own home in less time than it takes to watch an episode of The Office on Netflix.
Are you ready to gain strength, improve your cardiovascular endurance and lose stubborn body fat all without the need for fancy exercise equipment, hours in the gym, and a training plan from a website or book that can’t answer your questions or provide advice when needed?
I am excited to be offering my very first online bootcamp this spring, which is designed to do all of that! This 8-week Online Bootcamp will challenge you no matter what your fitness level, while keeping things simple so you don’t need a lot of time, space or equipment to complete the workouts.
The workouts will require you to have sneakers, an exercise mat (even this is optional but easier on your knees!), weights of some kind (resistance band, hand weights, water bottles filled with sand – really anything that you can easily hold and use as a weight) and a stopwatch or timer. That’s it!
This bootcamp is for someone who:
- Wants to workout at home but lacks the know-how or motivation to stick to a program all on their own
- Wants to get stronger and drastically improve their aerobic capacity
- Doesn’t have access to a lot of exercise equipment
- Wants short effective workouts that don’t take hours out of your week
- Wants to challenge themselves without worrying about “keeping up” with others (ability to work at your own pace)
- Has stubborn belly fat they can’t seem to shed
- Enjoys a challenge!
What you will get:
- Weekly workout schedule with 3 mandatory workouts
- A fitness tracker to help you track your progress through the bootcamp
- Detailed videos explaining each move in each assigned workout
- Access to a secret “members only” Facebook group where you can motivate and encourage one another and get your questions answered.
- Access to me to ask for advice, modifications or exercise swaps as needed in a private/one-on-one setting (in-person, via email, text, etc.)
- Accountability – you will be required to submit your time after each workout to ensure you are following the program. Miss three mandatory workouts (without approval from me) during the 8 week program and you will be removed from the program. This means if you are sick, injured, have a family emergency, etc. you will be expected to inform me, otherwise it will count as a missed outwork.
- Flexibility – you will get your weekly workouts, each week, but it will be up to you what time/days you complete them. This allows you the flexibility to make the program fit into your life
