It’s a little Fitness #FlashbackFriday because I’m sharing an old routine with you!
I make the correction on the video itself but basically at the beginning there should be the half body circles followed by two shoulder brushes on the left, two right, two left, two right and then we start on the travel. It happens I believe 3 times in the song, and I don’t do it correctly at ALL. What I do fits as far as filling the space with movement, but it’s not how I normally teach it. And thanks to a number of issues I didn’t have time to re-record afterwards so – boo hiss. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it! It’s a quick one and is pretty good for helping your class get it’s heart rate up mid-class if you need it!
