When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is I need to do more of it! Yoga stretchhhhhhes me and makes me feel like a noodle.
For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is dedicating the time. Taking the Leap with prAna and Sweat Pink is a great way for me to achieve making the time to get it done, everyday – it is after all one of my personal goals for the year!
My favorite place to yoga is pigeon because it is so juicy for the hips!
