How is everyone doing after #Snowmageddon2015? Still trying to dig yourself out, or did you manage to get away with little to no snow? Since I was snowed in yesterday I figured it was the perfect opportunity to record a little yoga flow for you that you can do after all the shovelling, or really anytime your low back is acting a bit cranky.
Ironically I slipped on some ice last week and my back is still a bit cranky so this was a great routine for me to do anyway!
