It’s the holiday season which means we are all busy with concerts, parties, shopping and countless other holiday traditions that keep us busy from our regularly scheduled workouts. Couple that with all of the extra eating (of the non healthy variety) we tend to partake in during this time of year, many people struggle with holiday weight gain, and guilt for skipping workouts and eating fudge.
Because I am a totally holiday nut, I decided to throw together a quick “12 Days of Fitmas” workout for you all. You’ve got 12 days from now until Christmas Eve, try to squeeze this workout in each day and you can feel a bit less guilty about the occasional peanut butter ball or shortbread cookie 🙂
The whole workout should take you less than 10 minutes to complete, will give you a quick total body workout and get that heart going.
