Workout Log
In order to keep myself accountable, and to help monitor my progress below you will find a listing of my weekly workouts. As a fitness instructor, I get quite a bit of cardiovascular exercise “on the job” so you will likely see that in my personal workouts I only do a few cardio workouts each week for cross training purposes.
Currently I teach the following classes each week:
- Mondays: 2 Zumba classes (1hr each) + 1-30 minute Zumba Toning class
- Tuesdays: 1 Seniors fitness class (1 hour), 1 Aqua Zumba (50 minutes) , and 2 regular Zumba classes (1 hr each)
- Wednesdays: 1 Zumba class (1 hr)
- Thursdays: 1 Seniors fitness class (1hr), 2 Zumba classes (1 hr each) and 1-30 minute Zumba Toning class
- Fridays: 1 Zumba class (1hr) and 1 Zumba Gold class (45 min)
- Sunday – Bodyrock 30 day challenge fit test results: squat jumps-40, knee push-ups-17, burpees-16, high knee runs-51, jump lunge-25, sit ups-15

- Wednesday: Morning Yoga for Flexibility, Bend it like Tara Stiles, Loosen up the Hips with Tara Stiles & Loosen up Those Hammies
- Thursday:
- Friday: 1hr 40min of Zumba 2 on the Wii. Three trophies & two bonus scenes unlocked!
