4 Week Health Challenge

So to help get you started on your path to health in 2013 I am posting a new challenge each day for 4 weeks.  Each challenge is something relatively simple that on it’s own might not seem like much, but when you keep adding more small challenges every day for 28 days you can really make a big change in your health and fitness level without feeling overwhelmed by making all the changes all at once.

You focus on one change each day and continue to build, also continuing the task/challenge from the previous day(s).
