It seems that most people liked having all of the workouts for the week laid out for them in advance so that’s how I’ll do it again this week. There are only 12 days left in the challenge so if you’ve been slacking there is still time to put it in over drive and get some serious calories and muscles burning!
The past two weeks I’ve given out prizes at the end of the week, but now we are going to start over fresh. For the final twelve days be sure to check in each time you complete a challenge/workout by commenting and at the end of the 12 days one person is gong to win one final prize. And yes, if you won one of the first two weekly prizes you’ll still be eligible for this final prize so keep those comments coming!
