Sunday’s are typically my “off” day, but recently I am using Friday as my active recovery day (I teach Zumba Gold on Fridays, but it’s pretty low key with no sweating required on my part) because I’ve been using SUndays as my training/long runs for my 10k. So I selfishly made Sundays stretching day in the challenge so I could spend extra time stretching 😉
As I did last week, I’m giving you two yoga routines. The first one is more difficult than the second so if you are really inflexible, or very new to yoga you may want to skip the first one and go right to the second. If you are up for a bit more of a challenge (though I promise there is nothing crazy!) go ahead and give both routines a try!
