Spring Tune Up Week 2 Workouts

Hi everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend <3

I thought for this week we’d try something a bit different.  I’m going to give you all of your workouts for the next 7 days (Monday-Sunday) in this post.  I’m listing them under certain days (i.e. Stretch it out Sunday) but feel free to move the workouts around within the week to work with your schedule.  S0 you could do “Stretch it out Sunday” on a Thursday. “Tummy Tuck Tuesday” on a Friday, etc.  Just make sure you get all of your workouts in and I’m a happy camper ;)

Since all of your workouts are in one post, you’ll want to come back here each day to let me know you did your workout (and which one you did) or check in on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram (and don’t forget the #springtuneup hashtag!).  Remember – the more you check in, the better your chances to win a prize!  P.S. I like pictures…you get bonus points if you post pictures of your meals, workouts, etc. on the blog’s Facebook wall or by tagging me (@suziconfesses) in your Twitter or Instagram posts!

Cardio-rrific Monday

Monday’s challenge is to get in a full hour of cardio.  What kind?  You choose!  Whatever you choose I want you to spend extra attention during your workout on your core muscles.  Try to maintain a concentration of those core muscles throughout your workout and notice how much more difficult the workout is when you do.  There are a million ways (well, maybe not a million) to make your workouts more effective, and this is a great one.  Not only will you be getting your cardiovascular exercise, but you’ll be working your core more effectively.  Whoop!  Whoop!

Tummy Tuck Tuesday

For this week’s Tummy Tuck Tuesday I want you to give Tone It Up’s “Sunkissed Abs” workout a try!

Work it Out Wednesday

It’s Wednesday which means it’s time to double up your workout and work your whole body top to bottom!  Don’t worry there is no inner thigh insanity this week -I like to switch things up ;)

HIIT It Thurdays

Here is this week’s HIIT Workout – it’s only 4 minutes long, we ALL can find 4 minutes to squeeze in a workout so let’s get ‘er done!

Remember – the harder you work the more you will change, the stronger you’ll get.  Pushing yourself to go further when your uncomfortable is the ONLY way to change!  And with that pep talk, I give you this week’s Fired Up Arms Friday:

Stretch It Out Sunday

Don’t you wish every day could be stretch it out Sunday?  I do!  As in past weeks, the first video is slightly more “involved” than the second so if you are really looking to chill go for the second video, otherwise I’d love you to try both!

This video shows her doing the routine in bed, but you don’t HAVE to be in bed to do it, your yoga mat will work just fine ;)
