Did everyone get in their 1 hour of cardio today? I hope so – bonus points if you got a strength training workout in too (and I know some of you did 😉 ).
Tomorrow’s challenge is going to be a workout for your stomach. Everyone wants a nice strong flat core, and while doing abdominal exercises alone won’t give you the stomach you crave (you’ve got to eat clean for that!), they certainly will help strengthen the muscles which is much more important.
Of course if you’re eating super clean then this workout will def. help you have that sweet 6-pack 😉
Remember, to modify anything you need to modify for injury or body limitation reasons. Don’t modify simply because you find something hard. If you don’t do exercises you find hard you’ll never get stronger! Good luck!!
