4 Week Health Challenge – Day 16
Good afternoon folks!
I wanted to post tomorrow’s (Tuesday’s) challenge a bit earlier as it might take a little bit of planning. Don’t worry, it’s not anything super hard or crazy, but you may need a little time to decide what you are going to do.
One way to keep things interesting while you are venturing boldly into a new healthy world is to try new things.
With that in mind, tomorrow’s challenge is:
Try Something New
A new food, a new recipe, a new exercise or a new workout.
Never tried a persimmon, and avocado or chia seeds? Maybe stop by the grocery store on your way home from work and pick up one of those foods you always look at but never buy. Perhaps you’ve always been curious about Zumba or Barre classes – try one out!
The only rule? Whatever you try has to be healthy. That means you can’t go buy a flavour of chips you’ve never tried and declare, “Challenge complete!” Good try, but not dice on that one
I’d love to hear about what new things everyone is trying, please leave me a comment here, on facebook or twitter (or on Dietbet if your participating in the game over there) and let me know what you try!

I’m going to try Zumba. I’m looking for new, fun ways to workout and I’ve always wanted to try it but never had the guts to sign up. I’ve come a long way with my weight loss and still have a long way to go.
I’m excited to sign up.
How exciting! We all know I love me some Zumba, I hope you get a great instructor and have a fantastic time!
I’m going to try Kale…in the form of Kale chips
I’ve had Kale once or twice before in a stir fry or soup and a restaurant, but I’m looking for ways to incorporate it into my diet on a regular basis. So it’s not exactly the first time I’ve tried it, but it will be the first time I buy it and prepare it myself; and I do always look at it at the grocery store, but next time, I’m buying!
Lemme know if you need the recipe/directions!
I bought a persimmon, not sure how to eat it yet but I can figure out how that works. I’ll let you know how it goes
Just cut the top off, slice it up and eat it. The skin is edible, but you can peel it if you want
