Swiss Natural Giveaway – Canada Only
GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED
The holidays are a busy time for Canadians. With holiday shopping, additional expenses, family gatherings, holiday parties and more, it’s easy to lose sleep. A recent Swiss Natural survey revealed that holiday season related worries keep one in two (55%) Canadians up at night, with many noting sex and natural sleep aids as their go-to solutions for getting more shut-eye.
Swiss Natural™, Canada’s trusted provider of naturally sourced nutritional supplements for more than 40 years, introduces new Solutions® Sleep, bringing restful nights to help you feel your best throughout the holidays. Solutions® Sleep is part of the Solutions® range of products.
In addition to Solutions® Sleep, the new Solutions® line also includes:
· Solutions® Digestion helps improve the digestion of proteins, fats & carbohydrates.
· Solutions® Energy enhances energy & helps alleviate fatigue.
· Solutions® Joint helps relieve pain associated with inflamed joints, osteoarthritic symptoms & helps increase mobility.
· Solutions® Stress helps manage physical, mental & oxidative stress.
· Solutions® Bone helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth.
· Solutions® Memory helps improve memory & cognitive function
· Solutions® Sleep
I have been fortunate enough to have received a selection of Swiss Natural products a few weeks ago including the Solutions Energy supplement that I have found very helpful considering the number of classes I’ve been teaching recently.
As with any natural supplement or remedy, please consult your physician prior to taking to ensure that the products are safe for you in conjunction with any other medications, supplements, or health concerns you may have.
The Giveaway
The folks over at Swiss Natural have been super sweet and are offering one of my readers a gift basket of the Solutions® line as outlined above (valued at $150)!

My best insomnia remedy would have to be have a nice hot bubble bath which really relaxes my body. I usually light a candle as well that way I can turn out the bathroom light as I find having bright lights on does not help me get tired or relaxed

Insomnia is a real issue for me. I wish I had some sure fire tips but reading these has been great. I find for me that what is most responsible for keeping me awake is an active mind so a notebook by the bed helps. If I’m really having trouble melatonin really helps.
